Early 2020, right after IDEO went fully remote, there was a need for people to have access to learning moments outside of being in the office. The Learning Exchange was created as a way for people to take ownership of their own learning journey while also seeing how they could connect to other IDEOers or programs while being remote. The project itself was a 2 week sprint where the team quickly adjusted to working remotely. I lead the development of the visual language, and execution of assets for digital application, which would be implemented across trainings, emails, a website, and multiple workbooks. The design was meant to invoke a fluid movement from one moment to the next, ever changing directions, and a journey with seemingly no end. The color palette was meant to invoke a feeling of both seriousness and playfulness as learning can be either or both at the same time.
