For this internal IDEO training program, called Business Leadership Training, I created a visual identity that was stretched over all kinds of media including decks, pamphlets, workbooks, emojis, email templates, and a website (all of which were produced by myself).

The visuals meant to help the participant situate themselves as they navigate through the 4 modules of the training. Each module includes a specific duo color theme and a certain size dot, as the modules progress the colors change and the dot size gets larger. This is meant to signal zooming in on and bringing focus to these skills.
